Bladimir Mercedes, Property Manager & CEO
Bladimir has hands-on experience with all types of property and very comfortable with technology. He knows how to use technology to increase efficiency and tenant experience.
Kevin Yarnall , Tenant Manager
Kevin is a 30 year veteran in real estate. He's also a good judge of character. He's in charge of tenant interactions, resolving issues with tenants and showing our properties when they are available to rent.
Lehon , Executive Assistant
Lehon is great administrative assistant and handles tasks from updating documents, replying to emails and coordinating repairs for our tenants.
What We do
Property
We currently purchase, manage and maintain our own properties from A to Z.
Tenant
We only manage our own properties and take pride on the fact that we choose our tenants and maintain our properties in excellent condition.
Long-Term Rental
We currently only rent properties for long-term leases, minimum 1 year. Most of our properties are 3 units or more although we do have some single unit homes that we own and manage.
